AI Services – Data Handling Outside User-Specific Project Files

The following categories explain how data is processed and handled when you use Relux AI services:

NS (AI Data Not Stored)

Input and output data are retained only for the duration of processing and are permanently deleted immediately afterwards.

NSAB (AI Data Not Stored, Abuse Monitoring)
Input and output data are stored for the duration of processing and for a short period thereafter solely for abuse monitoring and prevention.

TDN (No AI Training Data)
The information is not used for the training of AI tools or models.

TD (AI Training Data)
The information is anonymized and may be used for the training and improvement of AI tools and models.

TDiA (AI Training Data, Individual Approval Required)
Where applicable, users are asked on a case-by-case basis whether their data may be used for AI training. If they consent, the training data is anonymised and all references to specific projects are removed before the data is made available to AI systems for training.
