Do you have questions about the handling of licences?
Some products in our webshop require a software licence. We would be happy to present the possibilities to you.






Which licence is the right one for me?

Licences are bound to a computer, server or USB dongle.

Each licence can be temporarily stored in the "License Web Depot" before a computer is changed and reactivated on the new computer. You will need your 5x5 digit licence code on your invoice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

You have the choice between single or network licences. Read our descriptions carefully and decide on one of the options.

Single licences
Such licences are installed on one computer and can only be used on this computer.

Network licences
Network licences are installed on a server within a network that can be accessed by all users. This licence functions as a so-called "floating" licence. The number of network licences determines the number of simultaneously authorised users.

Example: 2 network licences = simultaneous use of the licence by two users in the same network.

Network licences are usually installed by IT specialists!

How a subscription works?

Software licences are automatically renewed after the term has been reached. You can cancel the automatic renewal in your personal account at any time.

With ReluxDesktop 2022.2.0, an automatic license renewal takes place. This means you do not need to reactivate. All previous ReluxDesktop versions require a new license activation.

In order for a licence to be automatically extended, credit card information must be deposited with our payment provider SIX. Our system will inform you in advance by email about a pending charge.
