RELUX offers two types of licence: single-user licences and network licences. Both are tied to a computer, a server or, optionally, a USB hardlock.
Single-user licences are intended for use on one specific device and can only be used there. For greater flexibility, the licence can be stored on a RELUX USB hardlock. This allows ReluxDesktop to be used on different computers or while travelling, simply by connecting the hardlock to a PC or server.
Network licences are installed centrally on a server and are available to all users within the network. They work on a floating basis: the number of licences purchased determines how many users can work at the same time. If required, network licences can also be activated via a USB hardlock.
30 days before your license expires, you will receive an automatic email with all relevant information about your subscription (product, term, expiration date).
Please note:
Automatic renewal can be deactivated up to 11 days before the expiration date. After that, you have two options:
If you paid by bank transfer in the previous year, you will receive a pro forma invoice by email 30 and 10 days before expiration.
Once we receive the payment, your license will be sent to you by email.
Payment must be received before the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted use of your license.
If you paid by invoice in the previous year, you will receive the invoice by email 10 days before expiration.
If no credit card is stored, we will send you a pro forma invoice.

If no payment is received by the expiration date, the license expires automatically. For technical reasons, expired licenses cannot be reactivated . In this case, a new purchase is required.
