ReluxDesktop 2026.1 Update
We have improved and expanded the free lighting design software ReluxDesktop 2026.1 with impressive new features. In addition to the long-awaited Add-on ReluxSport, which is available in parts as a free version and also as a paid add-on (for professionals), EN12464-2:2024 has now been implemented. You also benefit from a huge selection of 3D objects thanks to the connection to the pCon.Catalog. The IFC interface has been improved and now offers a free IFC export. Planning Sports Lighting Faster Than Ever
From Local Fields to Global Arenas
ReluxSport is an add-on for ReluxDesktop for standard-compliant lighting planning of sports facilities. It supports lighting designers, electrical engineers and architects in the design of training and competition facilities in accordance with EN 12193:2018 and UEFA guidelines.

ReluxSport – Supporting 40+ outdoor and 50+ indoor sports
EN 12193:2018 implementation with graphical sports areas, MAUR (Minimum Adjacent Uniformity Ratio), light scenes to cover lighting classes, on the fly radiosity calculation, multiple views with multiple values, luminaire grouping and mirroring assistants, extended luminaire tab with array options, movable luminaire arrows, new print outs.

Graphic sports areas
- Playing fields for football, tennis, basketball, athletics, volleyball, etc
- Sports areas include norm-relevant evaluation zones such as Principal Area (PA) and Total Area (TA) according to EN 12193.
- Display of relevant areas including camera and TV zones (PRO version)
Lighting classes & lighting scenes
- Definition of training and competition classes (Class I–III)
- Separate lighting scenes can be defined and evaluated for each class within one project.
MAUR (Minimum Adjacent Uniformity Ratio)
- Visual representation of uniformity using MAUR.
- Uniformity values are displayed directly on the relevant evaluation areas for clear and fast interpretation.
