If you recevie the error "Failed to load CefSharp DLL" on startup this is most likely due to a defective installation of Microsoft VC++ Redistributables 2013.
Please download the two files vcredist_x64.exe and vcredist_x86.exe from the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=40784
Make shure that there are no pending Windows updates since this can lead to problems during the installation.
Finally install the two downloaded files.
